Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kalapi Jewels. We ensure that all our jewellery products are carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch.


1. Return Eligibility (Strict Policy)

We only accept returns under the following condition:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

No other returns will be accepted.


2. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video

To claim any damage-related return, it is compulsory to record a 360° unboxing video.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The unboxing process without cuts
  • The condition of the product

Without a proper unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fitting issues
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Discounted or sale items
  • No unboxing video provided

4. Refund Process

  • Once the damaged product is verified, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is only applicable for damaged products
  • Subject to stock availability

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
